I must say I am impressed with the workers and
management on ground, working in brutal heat !
plant 1 is impressive - it presents as new - I could see
plant 1 had a lot more work due to age but they have done it. I believe only waiting on 1 last item that Jamie highlighted a couple of weeks ago,- everyone on ground seems confident of its arrival in days not weeks
Plant 2 was operating full throttle yesterday
lots of new equipment on site a with metro Cat assembling - was shown the new service centre that will all be done on site now. Management highlighted the benefits of this new equipment - both productivity and operational savings. My impression after visit was
this a new and better chatree than the past, -I could see workers had a sense of pride and management on ground creating a good culture
