Im now thinking the new govt may come around to finally including a cash payment to settle this. In the mean time if there are no further concessions we should keep it open.
Sale of NE is not going to happen now, maybe a JV or some other arrangement. The original plan to sell NE was out of desperation when kcn needed funding. That need has now dissipated. I just wish market would agree.
