That legal battle has been fought and won (obviously TAFTA decision is still pending) as we're back operational. Management (under Jamie) needs to start providing evidence they are returning Chatree to the profitable mining oepration of the past and better (based on the recent capital investments made and ATH gold price)..... at the moment their reporting isn't up to scratch and needs to improve (regardless if plant 1 is fully operational)..... we'll get a view of that sometime in the next couple of weeks.
