Fair call from timbin4 and wood from trees,
I agree re communication issues. *I am not advocating for a JV over a sale (NE) - but I am just seeing anything is better than paying those high holding costs - I assume from a lack of sale over the last 12 months - requires other thinking / strategy - I just don’t like the holding costs
