Today for Songkran. I can't tell if the trucks are still out driving. But the country itself somewhat shuts down for Songkran, like Bangkok becoming empty as workers return to their hometowns. Lots of roadside restaurants shut, but some bigger brands like 7/11 stay open.
Some kept their uniforms on, so may be having a short break.
