It looks to be waiting for the go-ahead to blast.
Then activity over here, which I guess is a secondary stockpile or waste heap.
Got a photo of the water level? Though there's ore there for the taking without de-watering. Just needs blasting (if not much will slide into the pit).
If these are all stockpiles, then the truck dumping dirt onto the main Southern stockpile in the previous video is not necessarily evidence of mining - if it was just moving dirt around.
