yeah, apparently you can. Just had a chat with another investor relations “professional” representing a company doing the same thing. They only have to update market if something material changes. Late on a deadline of itself does not qualify.
I love it when they say “ it’s not unusual to be late”. As if it’s now unusual to expect people to meet deadlines.
