Personally I think management is pressuring Thai government to approve the new mining layout so that they can increase LOM to 15-20years without hassles before they step into mining. At the same time they are organising other things to increase efficiency. We will only see mining happening after we get the approval for new layout. I will be happy to see 15-20years instead of 9years. delay couple months will be paid off or it will be worth waiting for new baby.
