Don't take on the fiduciary and corporate responsibility of a PUBLIC listed company ... if you can't deal with the public!!!
It is pathetic that they would take such action (at our expense) - Management get a thicker skin and start providing consistent and constant disclosure to shareholders.
We have been the greatest "imminent" gold producer on the face of the planet for 3 years now.... yawn.
