The royalty is settled then is it? What is the value of the royalty that both sides have settled on?
What is the value of a mining licence if you can't make money from it? What is the use of a tax holiday if there is no income? What is the use of SPLs if they cannot be exploited profitably.
These minor matters are things that you cannot see because there has been no settlement.
By the way, we were granted a Metallurgical Processing Licence not a "metrological license".
