How about Mgmt stop any thoughts on spending money and just start receiving money to buyback and cancel shares and reduce dilution- SIMPLE !

History has shown they cannot even get an existing plant #1 that's been operational for 16 years refurbished within 16 months and just delivered us an 8 month reopening delay.

History has shown everything they do other than dividends and buybacks just burns the money in the fire.

History of the Purchase of NE, Dominion / Challenger / all burned money in the fire & total destruction followed..

Anybody who has accumulated $750,000,000 in Accumulated loses on the balance sheet should have a lifetime ban on ever having a thought bubble ever again... ( My Grandma was laughing through her false teeth when i told her that story at the nursing home !)
