    DPIM greenlight was indeed good news.. it was a change in process/procedure compared to startup of plant 2 which was delayed pending safety inspect report after commissioning ...delayed production ramp up by 3-4 weeks.

    On average commissioning duration rule thumb on average is 1 month.. depending on complexity and planning.. when were the parts received 2-3 weeks ago? 2-3 week commissioning duration is possible.. who knows we may have plant 1 ramp up starting next week.. surely see sp hit $2...
