    I'd second your opinion.
    KCN does not have any strategy on how to inform its shareholders on a systematic manner. A major financing item that determines the solvency of the company has been consistently answered by a single (over) enthusiastic shareholder shows the poor form of the management.

    The existing shareholders here should unite and tally up whether we have the necessary 10% to call for an EGM.
