Mate, don't sweat the small stuff. The Nebari loan has high interest but over a short period of time and comparitively speaking not much money. It is chicken shit compared with what is around the corner. There is sufficient money in that Board room to supply a large loan without any security. Not only that the money is repayable in depreciated Baht
and Dollars.
What is the inflation rate in those two currencies in terms of gold in the loan periods?
Take that off the interest rate.
Sometimes it is difficult to get a loan when the applicant is a mining company in litigation with a Sovereign country when that is where the mine is.
You have a gold mine, a gold belt, teams of geologists, 2 renewed plants and a prospective P/E of 2. Or you could have one that is about to be taken over by a well funded Chinese company at great profit.
You have the choice of this company and MTC.... decisions,decisions
