As an aside, they could include an AASB 110 Events after the Reporting Period clause if there is a month or so delay, but yes, not a good look if this drags on
Hopefully KCN management are actually reading this HC activity and having a good laugh at our expense, knowing everything has been sorted and financing, throughput and even the sale of NE has been finalised already
