I was wrong on BC8, it will be around 500million shares on issue not 700million shares, still the problem is the same . Exploration juniors are now forced to raise cash at steep discounts. Great if you can pick the ones to back ( my pick is WA8)

as for brinkmanship a good example is KCN's Zurich insurance which as I understand it was settled "at the courtroom door", as they say. That is pretty common and business as usual. Without that Zurich cash KCN would have needed to go the market and raise $50million at 20c a few years ago. Do the math!

There is a lot of political chaos in Thailand right now. The old guard aligned with the military are not happy with the status quo. KCN has won its support at the local level which is the key to success but they still have the headache of dealing with national politicians and bureaucrats . Its tricky , thus the weak share price
