We'll see if that reasoning holds up as the same note will be there when the FY24 Financial Statements are released on Sep30 - I'd be willing to bet that the share price will be substantially above $1.60 at that stage and they'll be no concerns, except from the auditors, as they will have repaid Nebari in full some ten days before then.
Lots of positive production news before then also.
We'll see if that reasoning holds up as the same note will be...
