The auditor has to look at the figures as at 30Jun and comment accordingly and not on the date he signs the report. So the facts are they don't have the funds/facilities as at 30Jun to repay the short term loans of Nebari and Nucharee Sailasuta let alone the growing amount they owe Anglo American.
