Not interested in getting into debate with you, however, the simple flaw in your view is that the market has dictated the terms of our new financing. The KCN Board has 100 years collective experience with such matters. Thai Bank loans comes with strings attached and never execute within required timeframes.
Your only observation I would comment on is the "predatory strike" which post TAFTA settlement may open up potential M&A.
