what do you mean pay zurich $20M?
The accounts list for round numbers $55M as a contingent liability. To be paid back under a sharing arrangement should any money be received. The maximum payable is the $55M plus interest. "The Insurers are only entitled to the amount of their original financial contribution including interest."
So to be able to pay $20M to zurich we must know what the financial settlement is. Was the sharing arrangement 10%? 20%? of money to be received.
