If JG is telling certain shareholders that they’re going to pay Zurich $20mil then surely that’s now a legal agreement and will turn up in the FY24 Financial Statements as an actual liability - hopefully that amount is in $A and not US$
Hopefully LG is just multiplying July actual production number by 3 to get to the quarterly figure of 15k ozs Au as that figure would be disappointing- if it’s all about strip ratios then they should be telling shareholders or if it’s about the ore grade being fed to the plant not yet being achieved in the gold room because it’s still in the CIL tanks then that’s something different.
Hopefully these TAFTA negotiations are very near the end.
