In May there is the censure debate. I remeber to read an article which stated Uncel TU wanna get rid of this topic atleast till June.
So thats why remaining "TAFTA pending" is a benefit to us KCN, it they for some reason change their minds, dont follow the ministry to Re-open the mine, we pull the TAFTA card option on the table. But frankly, I don't think that will happen.
As you see that Thai side is doing alot to avoid TAFTA ruling.
