I have been doing DD on BMR lately, I am keen on them also for their location, close to Airlie Beach and the tax benefits for site visitsbut I am most definitely staying with KCN until the market sees the money coming from Chatree $$$
I am Very, Very concerned about the aspirations of management to spend our future earnings from Chatree on another venture. I owned a very boring yet extremely profitable business in the past and now reap the benefits, I am not staying with management who want to be seen and heard above performing for their stakeholders.
KCN reportedly had an increase of "cash, bullion and dore' " of A$23m in the month of July. I'll be waiting for the Sep quarterly and the subsequent rerate before investing my funds elsewhere sometime in FY26
