We just need to know two things - what is the current ore grade and what is the current AISC? This information is available to KCN and could be shared with the market. Ideally it should be updated weekly.
KCN is reluctant to provide this information. This may be due to TAFTA tactical reasons or not to spook the market with ore grade and AISC figures that will improve in the future. TAFTA will be settled and ore grades with settle at new levels, so the data would come. You have be patient to be a KCN shareholder :-(
