Management have stuffed this up so incredibly badly.
This company is sitting on $50m in cash without the ability to buy back shares. This after shareholders voted explicitly for this event.
The Management of this company are letting shareholders down big time. Excuse after f*ing excuse.
$1.26 and in free fall because why wouldn't you take advantage of a company so drastically mismanaged.
They need to get these financials out and then spend $20m immediately on a buy back.
