Meaning, we have a non-discriminatory hiring policy. Thailand generally lists 3 genders anyway, to include ladyboys.
In Thai shopping centers (in the franchise restaurants, banks etc), you'll note than usually only women are allowed in front of store positions. Men are relegated to the out of sight jobs like kitchen. LGBTQ would be in a similar situation to men - unwanted in certain positions.
However, LGBTQ are far more common in the media in Thailand - celebrities, comedy, salespeople, small business owners, and other regular jobs.
So, we're making it clear that it's not a 'men only' mine-site.
