Well we should find out soon regardless, although I agree that the share price will get another boost when production starts.
I think production becomes just a matter of time once the financing becomes available, so I would place the greater uncertainty against the financing milestone for the KCN situation. Maybe this isn't true for most production start ups, but KCN is a re-start and not a new start, which reduces the risk.
