The Royalty formula the Thais introduced after KCN was closed down, I think, is crazy. Which other country charges royalty rates this high?
Cambodia is charging EMR 3% I think. in Western Australia, gold producers are charged 2.5%.
what do African countries charge producers?
i am pretty sure KCN will be insisting on a more sane royalty rate.
