Reparations and lawyer costs need to paid, and this is what negotiations are for.
Uncle TU needs to save face and KCN need to see an improved balance sheet to reflect the unlawful shutdown. Royalty honeymoon, cheap loans, bonanza tenements, going-green incentives .......
However this is landed I don't mind, as long as the market finally works out that this should be a $1B+ market cap company.
A good start would be a finance arrangement, project plan and rough estimate of resource.
