different shareholders have different views like I want strong dividend so that I don’t have to sell my holdings ever and some holders want buybacks so that they don’t have to pay taxes because of capital gains. Management have to think in the middle to make everyone happy. No need to rush unless they produced 10k ounces gold in April, will produce another 10k in May and 10k in June
