it also means that once Institutional investors reach their desired weight, they stop suppressing the price and their holding will receive an uplift in value of however many cents they have manipulated as they built up their position. Effectively this loads the dice heavily in their favour that they will hold the stock with an unrealised gain. I take comfort knowing that despite all their manipulation, the only way they will get my shares under $7 is if they hack the registrar.
