I‘d hate to be a white collar criminal right about now… it can’t get much easier than this to prosecute and throw a director or two in gaol when they put their market manipulation confession in the Form 603.
I’d be worried too if I dropped all those shares between 1:35 and 1:45pm yesterday. Pretty much impossible to argue that you were trying to maximise sale proceeds - which equates to creating an artificial price.
An announcement from the company can’t be too far away confirming ASIC‘s investigation.
