The bridge funding is already secured and in place, but there are conditions to be met for the first drawdown. There are probably conditions to be met for subsequent drawdown thresholds as well.
It's like getting finance approved to build a house, and then getting inspections done to get progress payments.
So the initial finance is approved. The conditions on the first tranche of funding may not even be financial, but related to other progress indicators.
