is a strategic/intention behind the Tafta date? may to get some cheap shares from the "Free float holders" ?
Why the hell you would announce "Tafta-award" end of year ? 31.12.2022 bydw. its even a weekend, New Year, etc...Tafta will be than Jan. 2023 than? "intentionally unsettling the market, shaking of those weak-hands, who are only in for the TATFTA award. What can take a year to agree upon ? Why they even use a date? By picking the end of the year date its a intention behind? --> to spread kind of panic?
Assuming KCN knew how the market would react to the announcment?
Question is WHY ? with intention, without intention, with strategy ? Who would benefit?
while everything look "almost" so perfect "re-opening chatree" even the Thai DPIM and News are saying the same.
Either the end of year Tafta date:
- is show to get some of those boys out and to get their cheaper shares
- is our insurance card if something dont go well during the reopening process
- is our lever during the tough negotiations which unfortunately are not through yet (after that, KCN may withdrawal of the lawsuit "before 2022")
- or just a rash action
- or all its "fraud"
