A North-West? It's hard to be sure, but it resembles it. If that was right, then it's not fully de-watered yet. He has the map upside down for whatever reason (South at the top). Maybe the look-out point is facing South.

It's hanging from this gantry thing.
The gantry has existed for a while. They're looking from the red arrow. Apparently the gantry can be moved in 1 axis, to use those tanks.
I see some new things in the photo vs the satellite image. Eg. the fenced drive-way next to them.
I think that's the ore pile that connects to the newer of the 2 plants, so the open plant. So no great insight there.
It looks like it falls through a chute, to go onto the conveyor (2023).
