If they can get the cash flowing big time from Chatree I believe they should keep NE for the right time to divest. I am assuming there is going to be a silver boom but of course we have to wait and see if that happens.
The other angle is they could float it off into a separate company, give the company cash and give the ownership to shareholders at the time 100%.
It is another way of giving cash to shareholders who want to cash out. Shareholders who want to hold for the exploration upside can do so.
