Isn't it 6 months behind schedule (previously reported as end September 2023). Wouldn't surprise me if it ends up 9 months behind schedule.
As you said, the biggest problem is that management is not keeping us informed.
Management, don't tell me what I want to hear, tell me the best-estimate facts. Also, no more bonuses until high grade ore feed (>1g/tonne) and Plant 1 operation, plus 6 months. I may also want to throw in, debt free. Come on, be fair.
