I was just confirming with Fritzroy5 that he knows you personally (I mistakenly did not hit the reply button).

Contrary to what you may think I do not belittle the wonderful management experience you claim to have had. Your argument, however, is somewhat illogical. “Most posters write posts that makes them look like they have inside information or knowledge,” you claim. Why not just ignore those posts then. Indeed, you should ignore any post or statements made by anyone about any management team. “Unless you are on the management team you can't possibly know what is happening behind the scenes and therefore can not make an accurate judgement on the team's abilities.” No doubt that includes you, unless, of course, it is about a company you manage.

Kingsgate’s directors’ statements, presentations, and financial data are in the public domain. Unlike you, I think you can measure and judge a management team’s performance without direct access to what happens behind the scenes. In fact, in some cases such access would provide further confirmation of a team’s incompetence. Kingsgate may well be such a case – pure conjecture as I do not know what has happened behind the scenes.
