    Just spoke to Paul German, the Company Secretary for LRD.

    My understanding of what he said

    * The Loyalty options will be available to holders at the time they are announced.
    He expects the terms to remain the same as during the IPO.
    Expected time line would be around end of July

    *He also expects the Jarama drilling results around end of July. Drilling is completed.
    Delay is due to getting results back from the labs. The delays are around 6 to 8 weeks industry wide.
