Lord Resources Limited is undertaking an IPO on ASX to raise $4.5 million via the issue of 22.5 million shares under the Offer at an offer price of $0.20. The company will have an implied market capitalisation of approximately $10.8 million (fully diluted) on completion of the offer.
The Company intends to undertake a Loyalty Option offer to reward loyal shareholders via the issue of one (1) Option for every two (2) Shares held at a record date expected to be within approximately three months after the Company’s listing. These Loyalty Options would be offered under a separate prospectus and at a proposed issue price of $0.01 per Option, exercisable at $0.25 each, with an expiry date of 31 January 2027.
