Company presently intends on undertaking a pro-rata offer of loyalty options to
existing shareholders registered on a record date proposed to be on or about 3
months from the date of listing (Loyalty Options).
So the way it reads is any body who holds on the recorded date which is roughly first or second week in july.
Should be easy money to be made just think what the price will be once they get approval for the Horse Rocks lithium project.
Hopefully due before this date could we see $1 which would mean the options would be 75 cents with such a long expiry date 4.5 years.
