REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2, Thomson Resources Ltd (‘Thomson Resources’ or the ‘Company’)(ASX:TMZ)
requests a voluntary suspension of its securities prior to the commencement of trading on 11 April 2022.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information regarding this
request:
1. As set out in the trading halt request dated 7 April 2022, the Company is undertaking a capital raise.
2. The Company has not yet concluded the terms of the proposed raising.
3. The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remains in place until the release of an
announcement in relation to the outcome of the proposed raising.
4. The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted,or of
any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
