They don't own the debt, Balbec does. This could be a negative as they loose revenue from the fees they charge balbec to management the debt now that PNC own it. Will be interesting to see how the deal is structured and what CLH is getting out of it. Maybe PNC has paid them out some of future cash flows to compensate.
