Completely agree with that point. Furthermore, majority of defaults aren't referred until at least 180 days past due - hence you are looking at 6 months minimum for any defaults to be referred out to collection agents. Meanwhile, financial stability/resilience is a condition of most major contracts, so agree CH doesn't have time on it's side. (PS @@K23 -> debt collectors no longer go knocking on doors, that's a very outdated perception)
