Nobody inferred 1MC had a 40% cut of SYA, except perhaps yourself when you twisted words to suit your narrative. The comment that is more in need of correcting is yours. The comment was "SYA.. 40 % cut". Although the "40%" value is not a correct amount, it is pretty clear that the OP was referring to the earn in rights that have been clearly anounced by the company and pasted in the thread above.
