There is a huge fundamental difference between aquiring a stake in a project that has a defined resource vs establishment of an earn in on unproven ground. The risk profiles of both are so far apart plus motivations are very different when one party is vertically integrated into the supply chain.
1MC in its own reporting highlight the desire to find a project of its own, if everything was solid then why look for more? Surely your focus would be on the opportunity you have?
