    Here is the ref  Yowie on administrators and receivers being appointed 1 minute past midnight meaning Monday as promised.

    Altura was taken out of their control by the Loan noteholders even with a deal on the table with Ganfeng being a cornerstone investor.
    The only reason the LNH would do this, is they knew they had a better offer which turned up 48hrs later with PLS and  with the uncompetitive DOCA.
    The PLS CDO,  ex Macquarie, was instrumental in the acquisition as per the PLS announcement on his appointment approximately 18 mths later.
    I hope it opens.
