From reading the Surge announcement about San Emidio which was about Lithium Corps tenements and that Ormat is there on the same land producing Geothermal energy I would say a VUL solution is very plausible.
That doesn't mean that LAC wouldn't be interested, now that the agreement between Surge and Lithium Corp is over.
Yes time will tell.
Ormat or LAC or even both is possible.
