The fact 1MC don't have their own project is not the end of the world, although I would refer then to
have their 100% own.
BHP and RIO have joint ventures all over the world and spend hundreds of millions of dollars
on then.

It's what's in the tenement that counts and the amount of effort require to prove up that mineral resource.
No good having the best resource in the ground if you can't afford to work it.

1MC are hamstrung, as they near broke and have borrowings outstanding.

I think their shareholders are more financial than them !
