    the directors of AJM (1MC), are in bed with the SYA directors.
    The CEO of 1MC is the CEO of SYA, supposedly a temporary thing.

    But IMO he will hang on to the SYA CEO position to his last breath, which IMO is sad.

    All from my perspective.
